How DASFADS protects client records, coordinates and project documents.

Our commitment
Client records, coordinates, survey plans and project documents are handled with appropriate access controls, confidentiality and secure storage.
Client documents
Documents are shared through the Client Portal, never as email attachments. Only the client and authorised DASFADS staff working on the account can access them, and access is checked on every request.
Security of stored files
Documents are encrypted at rest. Every upload is scanned for malware before it is stored, stored files are re-checked daily, and backups are encrypted with a key kept off the server.
Accountability
Significant actions, such as document access, account changes and payments, are recorded in an audit log protected by a tamper-evident hash chain.
Public resources
Client survey plans, personal information, confidential coordinates and restricted technical documents are never published in public sections of this website.
Applicable law
We process personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable requirements.
