Land & Cadastral Surveying, with property due diligence
Before you pay, a survey confirms the land's position, dimensions and boundaries on the ground, and checks them against the plan you are offered. Combine it with legal searches on the title.
A topographic survey, then setting-out
Your architect and engineer need levels, contours and existing features to design. When construction starts, the building is set out from the approved plans.
Layout Design & Land Subdivision
We survey the parent land, design plots and access to meet planning requirements, and prepare the layout and area schedule for approval.
Land & Cadastral Surveying
Applications for a Certificate of Occupancy or similar title normally need a survey plan prepared by a registered surveyor. Requirements differ by state, so we confirm them for your land.
Boundary survey and site verification
We re-establish the boundaries from records and field evidence and show where structures stand in relation to them. A survey supports, but does not decide, a legal dispute.
Engineering surveying, or full construction
Control, setting-out, levels and verification during construction, with as-built surveys at handover. DASFADS can also build: buildings, estate roads and drainage.
Estate consultancy, layout design and a topographic survey
From checking the land and its documents to plot layouts, allocation records and survey-led coordination of your project team.
GIS & Geospatial Mapping
We collect, convert and organise spatial data into GIS databases and maps, with consistent coordinate referencing.
Mining, hydrographic or environmental surveying
Volumes and operational mapping for pits and quarries, depth surveys for water projects, and baseline mapping for environmental studies.
Bring your existing plan
Attach a copy to your request. We check it against the ground and the records, which can reduce the work needed.
No plan yet
That is common. We will establish the boundaries from available records and evidence, and prepare the plan you need.
Not sure?
Ask the seller, estate office or family for any plan, deed or allocation paper. Send whatever you have; we will advise.
