Construction follows designs and approvals prepared by appropriately qualified and registered professionals. Where design, structural certification or regulatory approval is needed, it is provided by those professionals and stated in the contract.

Can you design the building or road as well?
Design is prepared by qualified architects and engineers. We can coordinate the design team for you, then construct to the approved drawings.
Do you construct estate roads and drainage?
Yes. Estate and access roads, drainage, culverts and kerbs are part of our construction scope, set out from survey control so that levels and falls work as designed.
