Why the transformation matters
Minna and WGS 84 are different datums. In Nigeria the same point differs by roughly 100 m between them, so a coordinate used on the wrong datum can be more than 100 m out. This tool uses the published EPSG three-parameter transformations, which are accurate to several metres. For control, boundary or engineering work, use local transformation parameters determined by a registered surveyor.

How it works
Projected coordinates are converted with the Transverse Mercator projection (Krüger series, accurate to the millimetre within each zone). Datum changes between Minna (Clarke 1880 ellipsoid) and WGS 84 use EPSG geocentric translations.
Every result shows its EPSG code so that you can reproduce it in GIS or CAD software. Values outside a zone's normal longitude range are flagged.
